TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1:  SECURING YOUR BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS

All bridal bookings are subject to a non refundable deposit payment of £60.00. Once the clients deposit payment is received and their booking is confirmed in writing by Yasmine Aline MUA, the clients quoted price will remain the same.

 

If after a quote is made and the deposit is paid, the package is then dropped down to below the value of the minimum booking amount of £270 on the day then Yasmine Aline MUA has the right to cancel the booking with no refund of the deposit. Alternatively Yasmine Aline MUA will choose to fulfil the booking with a charge of 50% of the difference.

Following the booking confirmation, the client will be issued with an invoice. Invoice payment is payable no less than 7 days before the event, by bank transfer as detailed on the invoice. (Cheque payments are not accepted. Cash payments will be accepted)

2:  ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Yasmine Aline MUA will quote travel and any extras upon booking and agreed with the client.

Yasmine Aline MUA may also need to hire a second MUA to help with the clients booking, this fee will be quoted upon booking also.

 

3:  CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO BOOKINGS

If the booking is cancelled within 90 days of the event date, the client will be charged 50% of the final invoice amount.

If the client cancels their booking outside of the 90 days by confirming in writing to yasminealinemua@gmail.com, Yasmine Aline MUA will retain the deposit and no further charges will be incurred.

If the client decides to push the wedding date back more then 6 months later than the confirmed booking, then new prices may be quoted for the booking. If the client does not wish to reschedule with the new pricing, then the supplier will retain the deposit and no further charges will be incurred, unless its cancelled within the 90 days notice as stated above. 

If within 90 days of the event date the original confirmed booking is amended causing the total invoice amount to be reduced, the client will be charged 50% of the difference on the final invoice.

If the client wishes to amend their booking to a reduced requirement outside of the 90 days, they must do so in writing to yasminealinemua@gmail.com to ensure additional charges aren’t incurred. Failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled and the deposit being retained by Yasmine Aline MUA. 

Please be advised that failure to issue payment for outstanding invoices will result in Yasmine Aline MUA not being able to carry out our services on the date of the event and may also result in taking the client to the small claims court.

 

4:  UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

If Yasmine Aline MUA is unable to fulfil your booking on the day, due to sudden illness or severe weather, Yasmine Aline MUA will always do their utmost to find a replacement stylist. If, however this is not possible, Yasmine Aline MUA will refund the clients final invoice.

If anything were to happen beyond Yasmine Aline MUA control, such as a pandemic like the COVID-19 outbreak and the wedding is unable to take place, Yasmine Aline MUA feels its not safe to carry out the service, then Yasmine Aline MUA will be happy to change the clients date as a priority at no extra cost. If the clients then decides to cancel the booking without a reschedule date, then the original terms from section 3 will still apply.

5:  DATA PROTECTION AND USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS

Yasmine Aline MUA takes the clients privacy seriously and will never sell or share the clients personal information with other organisations for marketing purposes.

 

Yasmine Aline MUA regularly takes and shares images of clients for promotional purposes which feature on www.yasminealinemua.com, Facebook and Instagram pages. By signing or agreeing to these terms and conditions, the client is confirming their consent for images of the event to be used for these purposes. Should the client have any queries or concerns, they must advise Yasmine Aline MUA directly.
